Over thirty (30) years of professional experience in civil engineering, including design and analysis of steel, concrete, and masonry buildings and structures; extensive experience in the design and construction management of municipal and private infrastructure facilities and improvements. Construction inspection, cost estimating, project engineering and managing experience applicable to sewage treatment plant and pump station projects, sewage collection systems, subdivision and site development plans, storm-water projects, and municipal engineering. Stephen Gribb, P.E.

Over thirty (30) years of professional experience in electrical engineering, performing Project Management, Engineering, and Construction Administration. Project engineering experience in both the public and private sectors, includes work at industrial plants, K-12 education buildings, universities, municipal buildings, commercial office buildings, medical office buildings, churches, theaters, medical facilities, natatoriums, stadiums, and tenant fitouts; responsible for the electrical systems, including lighting and lighting controls, power, voice/data, television, security (card access, CCTV, intrusion), fire alarm, clock, intercom, and multi-media systems. Over thirty (30) years of professional experience in the fields of land surveying, site design, computer aided design, and project management for both private and municipal clients. Demonstrated ability to perform all aspects of subdivision and land development projects from conceptualization through design and construction. Extensive AutoCAD use together with Land Development Desktop civil design software. Proficient in all Microsoft operating systems, word processing, and spreadsheet and database software. Certified as a Professional Land Surveyor, Pennsylvania, 2006.

Mark A. Kitzmiller

Project Manager / Land Development

Over thirty (30) years of professional experience in all aspects of land development project management, design, and consulting. Project management experience includes job bidding and budgeting, client relations, staff assignments, regulatory navigation, and product delivery. Responsible for private sector land development project management and design from project conception through approvals. Design experience includes stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, roads, utilities, on-lot sewage disposal, and floodplain management in the public and private sectors. Municipal consulting experience includes stormwater management design and review, environmental permitting, site planning, codes and sewage enforcement. Corporate shareholder since 2003. PA Certified Sewage Enforcement Officer, 1991.

Craig Momose, P.E.

Director of Civil Engineering

Over thirty (30) years of professional experience, primarily designing private land development projects, but also performing varied municipal engineering services including public improvements projects, review of subdivision and land development plans for conformance with municipal ordinances, and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) permitting. For private land development projects, design and oversee grading, storm water management, and erosion and sediment control, floodplain modeling, and FEMA Letter of Map Revisions. Over forty-six (46) years experience in the municipal, utility and private sectors. Experienced in project management; comprehensive planning studies: subdivision / land development design for residential, commercial and industrial projects; preparation of zoning, SALDO and PRD ordinances; recreation facility planning; public participation; and expert testimony for facility sitting and environmental issues. Specialization in management, site selection and facility planning studies, environmental assessments, program development, project management, preparation of PennVEST, RUS, DCNR, and CDBG funding applications for sewer and water facilities, recreation planning, and other municipal improvements.
