Keith R. Showalter, PE, Project Manager / Assistant Vice-President Over twenty five years of professional consulting experience in design and engineering of public and private work projects. Experience includes waste-water treatment and collection; water supply, distribution, and treatment; feasibility studies; permitting; project financing; bidding documents; on-site sewage disposal systems; subdivision and land development; and municipal consulting services. Certifications include: Professional Engineer, Pa., 1989; Certified Waterworks Operator in Pa., 1993; Certified Sewage Treatment Plant Operator in Pa., 1990; and Sewage Enforcement Officer in Pa., 1987.
Kevin M. Moh, P.L.S., Senior Project Manager / Associate Over twenty years of professional experience in the fields of land surveying, site design, computer aided design, and project management for both private and municipal clients. Demonstrated ability to perform all aspects of subdivision and land development projects from conceptualization through design and construction is vested in this experience. Inclusive of this experience is extensive AutoCAD use together with Land Development Desktop civil design software. Proficient in all Microsoft operating systems, word processing, and spreadsheet and database software. Responsible for the deployment and management of in-house 20+ users Microsoft Windows NT network. Certified as a Professional Land Surveyor, Pennsylvania, 2006.
C. Bruce Heilman, AICP, Director of Land Planning Over thirty five years experience in the municipal, utility and private sectors. Experienced in project management; comprehensive planning studies: subdivision / land development design for residential, commercial and industrial projects; preparation of zoning, SLDO and PRD ordinances; recreation facility planning; public particpation; and expert testimony for facility sitting and environmental issues. Specialization in management, site selection and facility planning studies, environmental assessments, program development, project management, preparation of PennVEST, RUS, DCNR, and CDBG funding applications for sewer and water facilities, recreation planning, and other municipal improvements.
Mark A. Kitzmiller, Project Manager / Associate Over twenty years of professional experience, specializing in subdivision and land development project management and design, municipal consulting, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, erosion and sedimentation control design, grading and cut/fill analyses, flood plain computation and planning, envrionmental and transportation permits, on-lot and public sanitary sewer system design, sanitary sewer system evaluations, environmental site assessments, and surveying. Computer experience includes full range of CAD, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and hydrological applications, as well as web publishing and graphic design. Certifications include Sewage Enforcement Officer in Pa., 1991.
